You go for it and apply for the job
Write a cover letter (yourself!) and upload it together with your CV. Let us know what we should pay attention to and, not unimportantly, why you want to work here. This may give you an edge, because at Brand New Day we value enthusiasm and ambition.

If you are suitable on paper
A substantive conversation with – if all goes well – your future team leader, manager or other colleague. You really don't need to memorise our annual reports or look up our CCO's favourite sweets. What you could do is take a look at our website and social media pages, or find out who you'll be talking to on LinkedIn.

If you could be the best candidate
Another interview, usually with a future team member, to see if there is a good fit. We prefer to conduct the interview at our office, because you should be able to inspect your new workplace.
