The beating heart of driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions across our business. This team works closely with stakeholders and specialists to shape projects, improve processes, and implement technology that helps us provide exceptional service to our clients.
Development
Here, we build and maintain the systems that help over 300,000 customers save and invest. From creating seamless user experiences to building secure, high-quality, and scalable solutions that support our mission, innovation happens at Development.
Quality Assurance
Say it with us: quality, collaboration, continuous improvement. QA works closely with product owners, developers and key stakeholders to make sure we are aligned on testing strategies and release processes. From hands-on testing to mentoring and leading automation efforts, QA is committed to delivering high-quality software and fostering a culture where quality is at the heart of everything it does.
Security
The silent force behind everything we do at Brand New Day, ensuring that our systems, data and customers are always secure. With a sharp eye for risks and a strong focus on maintaining the highest security standards, processes are constantly being improved to protect what matters most.
IT Administration
Brand New Day’s complex infrastructure runs smoothly and securely thanks to IT Administration. It works closely with internal teams and external partners to stay ahead of challenges, focusing on delivering reliable solutions that support a fast-growing company.
Data
Our Data team is all about turning data into insights that drive both efficiency and customer satisfaction. Focused on innovation and agility, it strives to push the boundaries of what’s possible, so that our data is not just accessible, but truly valuable to our teams and, ultimately, customers.
What does the team look like?
With nearly 70 members representing 15 nationalities, our IT team is a vibrant, multicultural mix, with 64% non-Dutch members. Although the current gender ratio is not ideal (almost 1:5 women to men), we are committed to improving this imbalance.
Creativity thrives at IT. Everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas and initiatives. The divisions are spread across our Amsterdam and Bangkok offices. And although 9,200 kilometers apart, they’ve figured out how to collaborate seamlessly. With clear communication, shared goals and a can-do attitude, the Thailand team plays a crucial role in keeping things running smoothly in the Netherlands.
Brand New Day supports continuous learning through resources like Pluralsight and encourages all IT employees to pursue MS certifications with clear learning paths and exam reimbursements. (There may be a little friendly rivalry between the Netherlands and Thailand teams to see who can achieve the most certificates.)
