We believe our workplace should reflect society. That’s why we’ve set a few clear goals:
- At least one-third of our colleagues are women, and at least one-third are men.
- The same goes for our management and Supervisory Board.
- Equal pay for equal work. Gender pay gap? We’re allergic to it.
- Everyone should feel safe here, be able to be themselves, and truly feel at home.
We check every year if we’re on track—using both data and feedback from our employee satisfaction survey. And we act on it: we discuss the outcomes, learn from them, and make adjustments where needed.
