Our motto is: everyone deserves some extra pension. And when we say everyone, we really mean everyone. Regardless of skin color, background, religion, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and so on. The same goes for the people who work with us. We firmly believe that healthy diversity and inclusion lead to better collaboration, better service for our clients, and ultimately better results. But also to more fun at work and personal growth. With us, it’s not about who you are, but what you bring to the table. Your ideas. Your energy. Your courage to make mistakes and laugh about them. We deeply value our culture. In our industry, you can copy many things—but not the culture of a group of people. That culture determines how you treat one another. And that’s where diversity and inclusion come in. Because all of this only works if you have an environment where everyone can truly be themselves. So we say things as they are, steer clear of politics, and give each other space. No ego games, no hidden agendas. Here, it’s not the number of stripes on your sleeve that makes you right, but the best idea—no matter who it comes from.


What we do (and measure)

We believe our workplace should reflect society. That’s why we’ve set a few clear goals:

  • At least one-third of our colleagues are women, and at least one-third are men.
  • The same goes for our management and Supervisory Board. 
  • Equal pay for equal work. Gender pay gap? We’re allergic to it. 
  • Everyone should feel safe here, be able to be themselves, and truly feel at home.

We check every year if we’re on track—using both data and feedback from our employee satisfaction survey. And we act on it: we discuss the outcomes, learn from them, and make adjustments where needed.


How we approach it

Recruitment & Selection
When candidates are equally qualified, we give preference to the one who makes our team more diverse. Sometimes, we also use different channels or recruiters to attract more diverse profiles. We support knowledge migrants with, among other things, language courses and the 30% tax ruling.

Salary & Compensation
Fair work deserves fair pay. That’s why we review salaries annually to spot and correct any inequalities.

Growth Opportunities
We prefer to fill vacancies internally. Growing with us? Then we make sure diversity is reflected there too.

Trust & Safety
If you ever feel unsafe or notice something that’s not okay, you can always reach out to HR, your manager, or one of our two confidential advisors (one male, one female). We also have a whistleblower policy and a code of conduct—so everyone knows exactly what is and isn’t acceptable.
